Development based on the Blueprint at a fixed project price. Timeline: 2–6 weeks. Billing 40/40/20 at milestone intervals. Out-of-scope work via formal Change Request only.

Payment Terms

  • Payment term: 30 days after invoice date (AV Article 9)
  • Discovery phases are invoiced in advance
  • SLA subscriptions: monthly in advance via direct debit — rates are indexed annually (CBS)
  • Full payment and cancellation terms: Terms & Conditions

Cancellation (Consultancy/Phase 0): Free up to 24h before the session. After that, 100% is billed. Realisation phase: hours worked + 30% of remaining amount. Discovery: fixed fee only. See Terms & Conditions.
