From idea to working system

A fixed website package uses a short route. Complex systems start with research and a technical build plan. The approach stays proportional to the requirement.

  1. 1. Free alignment and package choice

Understand first, then build

For accounts, databases, integrations, dashboards and processes that take work off your hands. A build plan prevents wrong assumptions and costly changes.

  1. 1. Free intake and initial feasibility
  2. 2. Paid research and technical build plan
  3. 3. Delivery with fixed milestones
  4. 4. Management and focused further development
The systems route

Six phases, from intake to further development

These six Homeapp phases apply to custom software and extensions outside the fixed website packages. Independent consultancy is also available separately at €95 per hour.

1

Intake

I discuss the problem, urgency, expected value, decision ownership and a realistic budget direction with you.

Free
2

Discovery (research)

I map your current processes, systems, bottlenecks, risks and opportunities. This usually takes 1–2 weeks.

€500 – €1,500
3

Blueprint (the build plan)

I record the solution, architecture, phases, deliverables, planning and decision points in one governing document.

Included in research
4

Realisation

I build, test and deliver according to the Blueprint. Extra work requires an approved change. Delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks.

Custom · usually 40/40/20
5

SLA & management

I agree support, monitoring, incident follow-up, maintenance and continuity with you in a suitable maintenance contract.

from €75/month
6

Further development

I improve the system using operational data, feedback, new workflows and your growth objectives.

Based on roadmap
Billing

Phased billing — full control over your investment

For custom realisation we usually use 40/40/20 milestones. The signed quote determines the definitive schedule. For early termination, the quote and general terms apply.

Final acceptance milestone

This is the usual schedule for custom realisation. Project scope, risk or planning may require a different schedule; if so, it is agreed in the quote before work starts.

Payment Terms

  • Payment term: 14 days after the invoice date, unless the quote or invoice expressly states otherwise
  • Discovery (research) phases are invoiced in advance
  • Maintenance (SLA): monthly in advance; automatic payment only when explicitly agreed. Recurring rates may be adjusted once per year with at least 30 days’ notice
  • Full payment and cancellation terms:Terms & Conditions

Early termination: work already performed, committed third-party costs and a reasonable handover remain payable. Project-specific arrangements are stated in the quote; the general rules are in theTerms & Conditions.

Transparency

Honest about expectations

Ideal match

  • There is a concrete business process that affects time, errors, revenue or customer experience
  • You have ownership: you can decide, prioritise and give feedback
  • Willingness to properly work through the research and build plan (Discovery and Blueprint) when the requirement goes beyond a fixed website package
  • Or: complete website content and willingness to work within a fixed package
  • There is room for maintenance, documentation and further development

We'll refer you elsewhere

  • Expecting a fixed price while content, pages and functionality remain open
  • No owner, budget direction or decision moment within the organisation
  • A wish to start building without doing analysis first
  • Continuously support-intensive without a suitable maintenance contract (SLA)
